Yes!! I have seen both animes and read both mangas. (I prefer the animes for both though, it’s just more canon.)
Differences
Aki (1st pic, from Yu-Gi-Oh 5d’s)
– The female protagonist from Yu-Gi-Oh 5d’s (and lemme tell ya, she’s super strong compared to all the other female characters) She duels uses a Plant-Rose Deck.
-One of the 5 Signers who is able to control the Crimson Dragon
-Has a power that enables her to materialize and bring to life monsters and the effects of Duel Monsters cards, even outside of basic attacks or even outside of duels entirely. (this sets her apart from the rest of the signers)
-Seems to have a crush on the main guy, Yusei, after he helped her bestow the bond between her parents and after joining Yusei and his friends, Akiza’s demeanor has become much more kind-hearted, valuing friendship and becoming eager to help those close to her whenever possible.
-Her ace card is “Black Rose Dragon”
*note* she is not emo!! Initially, Akiza had a very cold and distant nature to her demeanor, a result of spending years being treated as a monster. She viewed everyone around her as her enemy and eventually stopped caring about other people’s feelings. Everybody is scared by her power and they shun her away and also call her names like Black Rose Witch. (For pete sake even her dad called her a monster!)
This made her very distant from other people. Then she gets tricked by a guy named Slayer, who says he will take her in. SO basically, her life was hell before she met the main guy, who changes her and she then starts believing in herself and other people.
Her story is actually really touching.
Kallen
– half-Britannian, half-Japanese
– maintains the image of a frail, outstanding student at Ashford Academy, all the while being a member of the Japanese resistance movement and is Zero’s most devoted follower.
– She also falls in love with the main guy, Lelouch, through her devotion to him.
– She is also a highly-skilled Knightmare Frame pilot, rivaling the abilities of even the Knights of the Round.
– She is acknowledged as the best pilot of the Black Knights by enemies and allies alike. Her codename, “Q-1,” is the Queen’s starting spot in descriptive chess notation.
But to be honest I would prefer C.C to Kallen anyday!!
So overall, my pick would be Aki. She’s just too awesome, hot and a great duelist!!!
She could use her powers to summon her dragon and break that Kallen’s junk of metal.
